Shipping Info: Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be delays in your order reaching you. We thank you for your patience.

We use standard delivery to try and keep shipping costs down. We do not resend products if your package does not arrive unless you purchase the product again. If you want to guarantee that your package arrives safely then please contact us and we will arrange for a track and signed package to be sent to you for an additional cost.
Return Policy: We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, then you may return your order to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Please contact us referencing your order number and reason for return.

Please note that we only accept unused and unopened products so any CD and vinyl albums must still be sealed. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic packaging damage such as bent corners or cracked CD holders.

Discount items are non-returnable and we reserve the right not to accept items for refund if our criteria is not met.
